Under The Radar

The terms set out below only apply to non-music items of merchandise available on this site. Any questions related to the delivery of Under The Radar should be directed via email to rw@abbeyroad.com .

Sending Conditions

Once your purchase has been processed it will be wrapped and dispatched provided the following criteria have been met:

  • The item that you have selected is available and in stock.
  • Delivery address has been verified.
  • Payment is approved.

What happens once your order has been processed

Upon payment, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, including a list of items you have purchased.

Once your payment has been processed and funds cleared, you will receive a second email containing all the necessary dispatch information.

If your order is placed before 14:00 GMT it will be dispatched on the same day, providing funds have cleared.

UK Deliveries

There are two options for delivery to UK: Standard and Signed. We aim to deliver Signed delivery orders within 48 hours of clearance of funds, and Standard delivery orders within 2 to 4 days, but there may be factors outside of our control which lead to delays in delivering your purchase. You will be provided with tracking details for your order whichever shipping method you choose.

European Union Deliveries

There are two options for delivery to Europe: Standard and Signed. We aim to deliver Signed delivery orders within 3-5 days of clearance of funds, and Standard delivery orders within 5 days, but there may be factors outside of our control which lead to delays in delivering your purchase.

Global Deliveries

All orders placed outside of the UK and EU we will aim to deliver within 10 days.

If you order products from RobbieWilliams.com for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Cancellation of your order

If you find that for whatever reason you need to cancel your RobbieWilliams.com purchase please notify us as soon as possible at shop@robbiewilliams.com.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that your order will not have already been dispatched if you placed it before 14:00 GMT.

If your order has successfully been cancelled you be refunded and notified via email.

If your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the returns process outlined here.
